The Annual General Meeting of The Silhillians Rugby Union Football Club will be held at the Club House, Warwick Road, Copt Heath on Tuesday 8th August 2017 at 7 pm.

2. To receive the minutes of the 2016 AGM
3. To receive the Chairman’s Report
4. To receive the Captain’s Report
5. To receive the Mini & Junior Section Report
6. To receive the Treasurer’s Report and Accounts for the 12-month period ended 31st May 2017 – to include the report from the M&J section
7. To elect the Officers and Committee for the 2017/2018 Season
8. To elect Mini & Junior Committee for the 2017/18 Season
9. Consideration of and, if thought fit, passing the enclosed Resolution to transfer the assets and undertaking to Silhillians Rugby Football Club Limited - copies of the Memorandum and Articles of Association of Silhillians Rugby Football Club Limited are available on request from the Secretary.
10. Any other business

The Committee nominations for Officers and Committee members are listed in Appendix A and Appendix B which can be downloaded from the Documents section on the web site, further nominations are invited. In accordance with rule 9 these should be in writing, proposed and seconded by two members of the Club and must be delivered to the Secretary, no less than 48 hours prior to the meeting, together with written consent of the nominee.
