The Annual General Meeting of The Silhillians Rugby Union Football Club will be held at the Club House, Warwick Road, Copt Heath on Tuesday 10th July 2018 at 6.30 pm.

2. To receive the minutes of the 2017 AGM
3. To receive the Chairman’s Report
4. To receive the Captain’s Report
5. To receive the Mini & Junior Section Report
6. To receive the Treasurer’s Report and Accounts for the 12-month period ended 31st May 2018 – to include the report from the M&J section
7. To elect the Officers and Committee for the 2018/2019 Season
8. To elect Mini & Junior Committee for the 2018/19 Season
9. Consideration of and, if thought fit, pass the enclosed Resolution to commit club funds to a long term investment in relation to the reinstatement requirements of the Old Silhillians Association Ltd (OSA) and the building of an Artificial Grass Pitch (AGP).
10. Any other business
The Committee nominations for Officers and Committee members are listed in Appendix A and Appendix B and further nominations are invited. In accordance with Article 26.1 these should be in writing, proposed and seconded by two members of the Club and must be delivered to the Secretary, no less than 48 hours prior to the meeting, together with written consent of the nominee.
