Training - Wednesdays - 18.30pm to 19.30pm

Walking Rugby is a quickly growing part of the rugby family for ex players as well as people who’ve never played before. Sils walking rugby meet and train at the club on Wednesday evenings at 6:30pm for an hour. We are a mixed group of players who are mainly aged 50plus though we are keen to encourage players who can no longer play other forms of rugby.
As well as weekly training we do play matches against local clubs and take part in festivals. If you are interested please come and join us on a Wednesday.
