The Annual General Meeting of The Silhillians Rugby Union Football Club will be held at The Principal Meeting Place in which the Chair is Present being Old Silhillians Clubhouse, Warwick Road, Knowle, Solihull, B93 9LW on Wednesday 19th July 2023 at 7.30 pm.
Members who are unable to attend the meeting must inform the Honorary Secretary, Graham Loader at grahamloader557@btinternet.com in advance of the meeting.

Documents relating to the meeting will be published in advance on the club’s website, Silhillians.com and on its Facebook page.

The Committee nominations for Directors and Co-opted members are listed in Appendix A and B respectively, further nominations are invited. In accordance with Article 26.1 these should be in writing, proposed and seconded by two members of the Club and must be delivered to the Secretary, no less than 48 hours prior to the meeting, together with the written consent of the nominee.
