The Annual General Meeting of The Silhillians Rugby Union Football Club will be held at the Club House, Warwick Road, Copt Heath on Wednesday 6th July 2016 at 7.30 pm.

6. Election of Officers and Committee for the 2016/2017 Season
7. To propose that the General Committee has the power to review subscriptions and implement any changes.
8. Any other business

The Committee nominations for Officers and Committee members are listed in Appendix A (overleaf) and further nominations are invited. In accordance with rule 6(b) these should be in writing, proposed and seconded by members of the Club and must be delivered to the Secretary, no less than 48 hours prior to the meeting, together with written consent of the nominee.
The Masters Common room representative and the Past Playing Members representative will serve on the Committee in accordance with Rule 7(a).
