Sills rucking was improving when Woody and Noah worked hard to eventually get the ball to the backs who in turn, showed that all that training had not gone in vain, good hands and dummies led to Sam going on a jinking run feeding in the supporting Ross who powered through for a try under the posts, conversion Jacob. The re start had another knock on from Sills. The resulting Scrum and Bees penalty, came to nothing as Sills battled hard to win back and from a resulting Sills scrum which they won the ball ended at Ethan’s foot who kicked clear and once again chased down by Sills forcing an eventual line out to Sills in the corner. Sills line was won and fed out along the line into the hands of Haani who, under a bit of pressure managed to score in the corner. A good effort from Jacob saw the kick fall just short. After a few interchanges Ross broke to only be stopped by some good Bee’s tackling, Sills still had possession and after a penalty to Sills the ball was fed along the line which couldn't quite find its way out to last Man Jamie and Bee’s broke to what looked like there 1st try but good defensive work ended with a scrum under the Sills posts for Bee’s. Sills scrum worked hard and won the ball back in such a dangerous position to feed out to Jacob who broke well with the support of Sam going over for his only try of the game. Converted Jacob. The restart had Noah collecting solidly and breaking forward, more back and forth possession saw 2 penalties to Bee’s won back by Sills and kicked clear by Jacob in to touch, the resulting Bee’s line was won by Ross, breaking free powering over under the posts for his 2nd of the game. Converted Jacob. Bee’s were looking a bit weary now when good Sills rucking and hard work from Scott, Max and Woody, with the latter feeding Ross who went over for his 3rd and final try of the game. No conversion. Ben McG collected the restart feeding Joe A who took the ball into the ruck, resulting in Bee’s scrum followed by a Bee’s penalty, won back by Sills, to a breaking Haani supported by Ethan going over for his 2nd try of the game. No conversion. The last play of the game came from an Ethan kick to touch from a Bee’s line ending with some great Sills mauling where Ross Broke to return the favour of earlier and fed in Woody for a well-deserved try.
