Having previously coached at the club for four years, Rod has already built a number of key relationships within the squad and wider management. Working alongside Tom Manise, Rod was very important in getting the Sils promoted to Midlands Regional 1, the highest level the club have ever been at.

Rod’s wealth of knowledge – acquired from decades of playing and coaching – will be a welcome addition to what is a very well-equipped, exciting Sils side.

Everyone at the club is very pleased to be working with Rod again, and we’re all looking forward to kicking on from last year and making next season even more special.
